Demolition Begins!

The morning was spent mobilizing the site to prepare for demolition. The demolition company brought in its heavy equipment and set up fire hoses to spray the rubble in order to keep the dust down.


Just after 1:00 pm the “Big Claw” took the first bite!

Metal roof rafters are removed and will be stacked for later removal.

The rear center wall comes down!

The “Big Claw” carefully collapses the wall by the side of Pilgrim Congregational Church.
